Main tasks * Preparing of annual employment cost and headcount plan * Preparing of monthly headcount and employment cost reporting files for HQ and for local finance department (tracking and explanation of variances versus plan and forecast) * Supporting of HR Director – ad hoc analysis presentations statistics reports * Supporting of expatriates (i.a. income tax calculation social security in coop with external providers communication with local authorities) * Responsible for HR budget planning related approval and invoicing process; * Participating on projects within all production plants in Europe (benchmarking cost monitoring guiding …) * Continuous analyzing of compensation and benefits strategy in region participating on market surveys * Close cooperation with local finance department and HR Controller EMEA * Preparing of the monthly report for local Trade Union and analysis for annual Collective Agreement negotiation Profile requirements * Bachelor degree preferably in finance * Minimum experience: 3 years in the position of an HR Controller or 2 years as a Finance Controller * Czech and advanced English language knowledge * Advanced MS Excel knowledge We offer * Additional vacation * Location in Beroun and Myto u Rokycan * Life insurance
