Purpose of the job:
Marketing manager is responsible for local brand development of the brand in terms of brand equity brand awareness partially for P L and product price. He she forms the local brand ownership and „master brain“ function that thinks end to end and is the major link between all relevant marketing disciplines.
Key Tasks:
Development of local brand activation programs (yearly marketing plan)
Implementation of the market brand strategy
Brand communication planning: (ATL) BTL PR
All marketing communication processes management
Approves all communication tools & channels (e.g. campaigns generic POS advertising event concepts and graphics)
Shared brand P L responsibility (incl. product pricing planning and controlling)
Local market research (consumer focus) monitoring of the market metrics (i.e. Market or customer Share) to identify trends and potential activities
Follow up of a variety of generally defined channel product marketing business market development branding marketing communication etc.
Preparation of brand competitive analyses and other reports which directly impacts business operations.
Feedback on results and information to the sales department. Experience with Online Marketing.
