Marketing and sales support actively in the field and in the office. Assist Sales and customers in solving problems by providing the appropriate technical support. Participate in sales seminars meetings. Perform quality control of raw materials and products. Follow up on quality complaints and help to solve the problem. Assist in fulfillment of EHS obligations in the assigned territory. Evaluate the possible new products demos to be introduced and furnish the technical data when required. Assist in the registration of products raw material equipment container packaging and other legal activities by providing the necessary technical support. Ensure the company complies with local regulations from the technical stand point and report of any failures. Person Specification & Qualifications Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Technology At least 5 years experience in technical support chemical industry chemicals sales and or R&D Familiarity with lubrication methods and use of various types and grades of oils and greases Strong familiarity with chemistry related European legislation and legislation on the assigned territory Strong communication skills and ability to manage change Fluent English and Turkish
