• Build relationship to suppliers in existing and new markets to ensure co development of products processes and improvement in cost delivery productivity and quality within the supplier Responsibilities: • Continuous improvements activities for supplied components • Accountable for supplied components quality performance of the assigned supply base delivering ECU’s sensors and electro mechanical sub assemblies. • Coordinate component APQP with supplier • Support control and verify suppliers APQP activities. • Manage and conduct worst suppliers’ improvement programmes. • Develop implement and maintain internal procedures tools and methodologies • Develop verify and approve new suppliers in existing and new markets • Coordinate and support TRW local plant Supplier Quality Assurance activities • Support TRW purchasing commodity & product line management • Support TRW engineering Education: • Education to an technical degree level • 5 years industrial experience in the automotive industry • Certified auditor in accordance with ISO 10011 or alternative. • Knowledge and interpretation of the quality standards AIAG VDA and ISO TS 16949 and knowledge of quality techniques • Good English knowledge • Project management communication and presentation skills
